"A perfection of means, and confusion of aims, seems to be our main problem." -Einstein

If you were to sit down and design a society, using only the knowledge, resources, and technology we currently have at our disposal, would it look anything like the one we are living in now? Would you take the foundations of government, economics, healthcare, spirituality, consumption, warfare, education, international relations, and debt and simply make a few small alterations? Would you make major modifications? Or would you overhaul the current paradigm entirely, throw out everything you think you know, everything you've been from birth led to believe, and start anew from the ground up on a blank white piece of paper?

The publicized, institutionalized, salient discourse with which we are daily presented offers us an infinitesimal range of possibilities when compared to the full spectrum available to us, and staunchly purports that options within that range are all that we have to choose from.

It is the intent of this blog to demonstrate where the exclusion of consideration of everything outside of that tiny box may lead us, as well as to display the vast array of both current and historic discussion of what could be possible if we simply choose to journey beyond Plato's cave.

If Pandora's Box were exposed as the prison in which the entire world is currently incarcerated, would we be afraid to open it?
